1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SocialNiti's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

SocialNiti provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to:

• Google Ads and Meta Ads management
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing
• Web Development and Design
• Personal Branding services
• Content Marketing

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Monthly services require advance payment
• Project-based work may require milestone payments
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information
• Timely payment of invoices
• Compliance with platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Providing necessary access to accounts and platforms

5. Intellectual Property

All creative work, strategies, and deliverables created by SocialNiti remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SocialNiti's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
